Looking for a posture check-in to understand where you’re starting from? The plumb line analysis is the perfect place to start.

Customers send a photo standing in profile. Meredith will add their plumb line to the photo and send a written analysis in return, including an assessment of areas to work on and suggestions of how to work on them. Photos and analyses will be sent over email or the customer’s preferred communication platform.

Optional: Interested in something other than standing posture? Send a photo of any movement you’re curious about (i.e. plank, squat, forward fold, etc.) to receive an assessment.
