Meredith Clemons is a former dancer and certified yoga teacher. She discovered yoga while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Muhlenberg College and fell in love with using movement as a bridge to inner stability. Early experiences teaching dance inspired her to lead classes on the mat.

Meredith completed her 200 hour teacher training in Lara Heimann’s LYT Method at YogaStream in Princeton, NJ. The program provided rigorous training in anatomy and optimal biomechanics within the asanas. The LYT Method provides a clear blueprint for maximizing core integration, postural alignment, and strength during the practice and in life.

Meredith believes that challenges on the mat dare us to find physical clarity. Living in an empowered body, we discover the courage to hold ourselves to higher standards in all facets of life. She loves diving deep on the mat with joy, levity, and some nitty-gritty anatomy.
